Welcome to Zion Church
Here's some helpful information for your first visit!

What is service like?

At Zion we put a contemporary twist on a traditional service. Service begins at 10:30am and lasts about an hour.

Our service is made up of a time of Worship and a time of Edification.

During "Worship" we worship God through song, our giving, and joyful fellowship, including taking the Lord's Supper together monthly. We sing two contemporary songs and a classic hymn together.

During "Edification" the church is spiritually built up through the reading and preaching of God's word as well as corporate prayer. We have a time of publically sharing prayer requests after which we pray for these requests during our service. After two scripture readings and prayer the sermon is roughly 20-25 minutes long.

The service flow can be found on the bulletin handed out at the door and will be on the screen during service.

What about my kids?

Zion has an children's ministry for kids Birth - 5th grade available during the whole service on the 2nd and 4th Sundays as well as after the children's message on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. We also offer youth ministry for youth 6th grade and up on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.

What do I wear?

Basically whatever shoes, shirt and pants you want ranging from pajamas to suits. If you're not exposing your chest or undergarments you are all good. Pastor Eli preaches in jeans or khakis with a polo or button down and that's about as fancy as we get outside of weddings and funerals.

Where do I park?

Our gravel parking lot is striped with lines and you can park anywhere you would like in them. The main doors closest to the road is our only entrance open on Sunday

Where do I go once inside?

You walk into the entryway and from there you can go up the stairs to the Sanctuary. If you go down the stairs immediately to the left this will take you to the fellowship hall and bathrooms.

For those with children on the 2nd and 4th Sunday's you can walk down the hallway by the offices to the children's ministry classrooms and drop your kids off with our volunteers.
