Zion Missions
At Zion we value being compassionate and part of being compassionate is partnering with other organizations in ministry in many ways as we strive together to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We support several local and global ministries annually and serve and support others in the area around Wauseon as needs are brought to our attention through our Missions offerings.

We raise funds through regular donations as well as our annual Ice Cream Social and Soup and Apple Dumpling Supper.

Zion Led Missions Efforts

Youth Church Camp Sponsership

Zion assists in sending youth to church camp. Zion hosts monthly Fellowship Luncheons after service generally on the 3rd Sunday of the month with a free will offering that raises funds to send youth connected to the congregants of Zion Church of Wauseon to church camp. 

In 2025 Zion supported sending youth to Miracle Camp and Lakeside Camp.

Compassion Assistance

When crisis strike locally and globally as the Lord directs our hearts we respond through our time, treasure, and talents. We assist those who need help as the Lord directs our hearts to care for those around us.

In 2025 through our missions funds we supported Operation Blessing assisting families devastated by Hurricane Helene and the local family of Larry Lammon.

Zion Evangelistic and Care Ministries

ZEC Ministries exists to reach hurting people in India with food, shelter, education, and other assistance in the Name of Jesus. Based in Visakhapatnam, India ZEC ministers in many different areas of ministry to win tens of thousands to faith in Jesus Christ.
