Jesus Christ has risen from the dead and this is the best news ever. With the announcement of this news on Easter I ask you to search your heart and answer these two questions.
#1: “Do you believe in Jesus Christ?”
Putting your faith in Jesus Christ is the most important decision you will ever make and I can tell you that there are so many around the world who can tell you that it's the best decision they've ever made.
#2 “Are you ready for Jesus Christ to come back again?”
The Book of Revelation tells us that there is coming a day when Jesus Christ is going to come back to Earth again and he will defeat everything that is against him. After he triumphs over the world Jesus will raise everyone from the dead and judge all those who've lived for all time.
Those who do not believe in Jesus Christ will be judged and found guilty because of the sin in their lives and then be condemned to the lake of fire and eternal separation from God but those who do believe will be saved and reign with Christ forevermore.
When Jesus comes back if you said yes to the first question you will be saved but if there are people around you who you love who wouldn’t say yes to the first then I would say that you should not say yes to the second question. It should be a burden for all of us to reach the lost and help those that we love to put their faith in Jesus so that when Jesus comes they will not suffer forever but live forever with God. There is work to be done and it all starts with us, sharing the good news and praying that God will move. Do you believe and are you ready for him to come back?
